At Baja Underwater Expeditions we respect your privacy. This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, what we use it for, and what your rights are, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
Through the contact form we collect: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, country of origin, activity of interest, arrival month and arrival/departure days, and any comments you choose to include. We do not request bank or credit card details through this site.
We use your data only to respond to your request, prepare quotes, coordinate bookings, and, where applicable, communicate with you by email or WhatsApp about your activity or expedition. We do not use your data for any other purpose without your consent.
By submitting the contact form or messaging us on WhatsApp, you agree that we may contact you through those same channels to follow up on your request. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. For expeditions that include accommodation with partners such as Villas Mar y Sierra, we share only the information necessary (name and dates) to coordinate your booking, and only with your consent.
This site uses a technical cookie to remember the language you selected (Spanish, English or Italian). We do not use advertising tracking cookies.
We keep the data from your request only for as long as necessary to attend to it and, where applicable, for administrative or tax purposes related to your booking.
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or object to (ARCO rights) the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to us at info@bajaunderwaterexpeditions.com stating your name and the specific request.
